Why this site exists
SAT math prep on the open web is a swamp. Free resources exist, but they are scattered across a dozen sites, organized by nothing in particular, and almost none of them give you a worked solution that an actual tutor would recognize. Paid resources are excellent but priced for a household with disposable income for test prep — and the students who would benefit the most from systematic practice are often the ones who cannot afford it. ScoreReady SAT was built to fill that gap: hundreds of practice questions, organized exactly the way the test is organized, with a worked solution on every page that walks through the reasoning step by step. No log-in, no upsell, no premium tier.
Where the questions come from
Every practice question on this site is a structured replica of the question archetypes documented in the publicly available College Board SAT Suite Assessment Frameworks and accompanying skill descriptors. Where the College Board publishes a skill descriptor — for example, "Solve linear equations and inequalities in one variable" — we generate a battery of questions calibrated to test exactly that skill, sequenced from easy to hard, with worked solutions that follow the same algebraic conventions used in the official answer explanations for released practice tests. We do not host any College Board copyrighted questions verbatim. We do mirror their formatting, their answer-choice patterns, and their difficulty calibration as closely as possible so that drilling on this site transfers cleanly to the real test.
How the site is organized
Every page on the site lives in one of three layers. The top layer is the four College Board content domains: Heart of Algebra, Problem Solving and Data Analysis, Passport to Advanced Math, and Additional Topics in Math. Each domain page describes the role that domain plays on the test and links to its constituent topics. The middle layer is the topic page: each one collects 25 practice questions on a single skill, sequenced from easy to hard. The bottom layer is the question page: each one shows the question, the answer choices, the correct answer, and a complete worked solution. A handful of supporting pages cover study strategy, scoring, and site navigation.
How the site stays free
ScoreReady is supported by display advertising, currently running through Google AdSense. Ad slots appear in the page header, between content sections, in topic page sidebars, and in the page footer. We do not run interstitial ads, video pre-rolls, or anything that interferes with reading. If you would like to support the site without ads, please consider adding scoreready-sat.org to your ad-blocker allow-list. We do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not sell user data of any kind.
